Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: San Antonio, TX

About City Education Partners (CEP)

City Education Partners is a non-profit dedicated to groundbreaking public schools for San Antonio children. We bring together school system leaders, philanthropy and community members to create new model public schools, train up future education leaders and learn together in this work.

As a city, we need to rapidly improve our education system to pave the way to a better future. Currently, less than 10% of our urban students attend high-performing schools. We are looking for people to join our team and join a movement of districts, charters, educators, leaders and families, devoted to ensuring that all children have access to the best public schools.

In support of this vision, we invest in districts, public charter schools, teacher preparation programs and nonprofits all of which are on the cutting edge of innovation for serving our urban children. We also provide our school system leaders teacher recruitment support through Educate210.org - a one-stop-shop teacher/job match – and we work with families navigating the school selection process.
